090516 TYLin’s 1-day Malacca Trip
TYLin’s Staff Club organised a Family Day Trip to Malacca, called ’1-day trail of the Little Nyonya”. We met at 6:30am at TYLin office to take the bus to Malacca, stopping at Gelang Patah for breakfast and arriving at about 12 noon.
Joseph behaved very well in the bus.
We had peranakan lunch (with cooking demo) at Nyonya Sayang Restaurant.
Then we visited the private Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum, but no photography allowed inside.
YowCH then brought a group to the chicken rice ball shop.
We walked about after the chicken rice ball shop, the usual Malacca sight-seeing.
Then we ate roadside popiah and had chendol.
At about 5:30pm, we took the bus back to Singapore, a dinner stop-over at Yong Peng and arrived back in the office at about 9:30pm.
