161218 to 22 Hong Kong trip 3/3
Day 5: Thursday 22 Dec 2016 – Check-out and shopping
Last day of the family tour. We woke at 9:00am and after the final packling, we checked out and left the hotel at 10:20am (but the luggage were kept in the hotel).
We had breakfast at Dim Dim Sum where we met a church friend.
From 11:45am, we walked the streets and had some last minute shopping.
There was a huge HMV where we bought some movies and CDs.
At 2:45pm, we snacked at Hui Lau Shan, then walked back to the hotel to collect our luggage.
We repacked at 3:25pm and called two cabs to drive us to the airport. Traffic was smooth, we reached the airport at 4:30pm. After the checking in and immigrations, we bought some lou por biscuits and had some McD’s and wanton mee.
Samuel really loves looking at the planes.
At 8:00pm, we boarded the plane and took off at 8:50pm.
With a delay of 30 minutes at take-off, we still landed quite on time at 12:10am. After duty free liquors and collection of luggage, we took a Maxi cab home, reaching at 1:55am.
The children were helpful in unpacking, here are our trip goodies.
By 3:00am, we all slept.
We thank God for a good trip to Hong Kong, and time spent with family. The travel, accommodation and places were all smooth and great.
