Samuel is now able to swim for more than 20m without any floats and breathe properly. Thanks to coach Francis, teaching him for free!

YowCH’s work trip to Bali on 18 May 2017
YowCH had a 1 day trip to Bali on 18 May 2017. He woke at 4:00am to catch the 7:00am flight, and left Bali at 8:00pm to reach home at 11:45pm. Very tiring and hectic for a day on the beach.

It was really very hot. But the Client treated the team to a nice lunch and tea-break.
Esther is Deputy Head Prefect
Esther has been appointed one of two Deputy Head Prefects of her School.
YowCH’s Mom’s 70th birthday celebration
Daren drove the PJ team over to Singapore on 28 April, Friday morning and we met at our flat. That evening, we drove over to Alexandra Centre for tasty Korean dinner at The Gogi.
After dinner, we lined all the grandchildren for this photo.
We went to a friend’s wedding on Saturday morning, followed by church service. After church, we met at Square 2 for dinner at Tunglok.
Here, mom is wearing the scarf that Grace knitted for her for this birthday.
On Sunday, parents and the Tans visited Grace’s parents at Sorrento and went for a swim. YowCH brought the boys to football at the same time. After Sorrento, we went to Alexandra Retail Centre for dinner at Old Town Bak Kut Teh.
Mom’s 70th birthday fell on Monday (Labour Day) and we met up in the after noon at Bishan Swimming Complex for an afternoon dip.
After about 1.5 hours of swim, we went over to Ang Mo Kio for diner at Poco Loco, Italian food.
After dinner, we returned to Yan’s place and had some family time together, before getting the really tiny birthday cake out for the celebration.
We thank god for giving us a great family time over the long weekend to celebrate Mom’s birthday. The Tans and YowCH’s parents returned to PJ on Tuesday, 2 May.
